All our products are digital PDF patterns delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files can’t be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.
If your file is damaged, incomplete or you didn’t receive your download link, contact us at support@happyprintslab.com and we’ll make it right.
FAQ
How do I get my pattern?
Right after checkout you’ll receive an email with your download link. You can also download it from the order confirmation page.
I didn’t get the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
How many times can I download my file?
Each purchase includes up to 25 downloads. Save the PDF to your device or cloud storage after your first download.
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes, you’re welcome to sell finished items made from our patterns. Please credit happyprintslab as the designer. You may not share, resell or redistribute the PDF pattern itself.
